Every piece here goes out on our own floor most weekends. It is washed in our kitchen, counted by our people, and pulled the moment it stops looking new. When you rent from us you get the same service we put in front of our own couples — not a rack that has been sitting since spring.
Pick it up Thursday or Friday morning. Bring it back Monday by noon. We count it with you at both ends.
The first three are place settings — pick one. The candelabra is an add-on and stacks on top of whichever you choose. Everything updates the quote at the bottom of the page.

Clear acrylic, so it disappears and the flame is all anyone sees. Eight LED tapers, batteries fitted and tested before they leave. No wax, no smoke, no venue asking you to put them out — and they photograph like the real thing, because that is what the flame is modeled on.

A fifty percent deposit, non-refundable, holds your dates and pulls this inventory off the calendar. Balance due fourteen days before pickup.
We confirm availability within one business day, then send a contract and deposit invoice. Nothing is held until the deposit clears. Prices exclude 8.625% Oklahoma sales tax.
Between 9am and noon, so someone is on site to count it with you.
Same window, same sheet, signed by both of us. Late returns bill at $150 a day.
Non-refundable. It holds your dates. Balance due fourteen days before pickup.
Ten percent covers washing and sanitation, ten percent covers ordinary chips and losses. Both are part of the price of the rental, not a deposit — neither is returned. Anything broken beyond ordinary wear bills at the replacement price printed on your contract.
